1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GT Smart Tutor (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all parents, students, and teachers using the service.

2. Description of Service

GT Smart Tutor provides AI-powered tutoring, study materials, weekly tests, progress tracking, and WhatsApp-based learning for school students. The Platform is operated by Global Teacher AI Pty Ltd. We may update or change features at any time.

3. Accounts & Access

Parents are responsible for their account credentials and for any activity under their account. You may create student logins for your children and are responsible for their use of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. You can pay by card or EFT. Your subscription remains active until your renewal date. Prices and plans are shown in the Payment Center and may change with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Credits

Some features consume credits. Credits are added through top-ups or bundled with certain plans. Credits have no cash value, do not expire while your subscription is active, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Support menu. Cancellation takes effect at your next renewal date, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, share harmful or unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for anything other than personal educational purposes. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All study materials, tests, and tutor responses generated on the Platform are provided for your personal learning use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them. Platform branding and software remain the property of Global Teacher AI Pty Ltd.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We collect the details needed to run your account and improve learning outcomes, and we do not sell your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

GT Smart Tutor is an educational support tool and does not replace formal schooling or professional advice. We are not liable for academic outcomes, interruptions to the service, or third-party integrations such as WhatsApp or payment providers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
